Delete recorded videos (UBox app)

  1. Delete videos saved in the memory card storage:

    The UBox app does not support deleting videos individually from the micro SD card (TF card).

    However, you can remove all videos on the card by formatting the card in the UBox app. Please check the instructions in the link below for more details.

    Of course, you can also take the card out of the camera and use a card reader to manage the videos on your computer.

    Also, when the micro SD card becomes full, the camera will automatically delete the oldest videos to make space for new recordings. So you don’t need to worry about unimportant videos staying on the card. They will be removed over time. Just make sure to download any important videos before they are overwritten.

  3. Delete videos saved in the album:

    On the live view page in the app, you can manually record videos or take pictures. These files are saved directly to your phone instead of the cloud or the micro SD card.ge.

    You can manage them in your phone’s default Photos/Gallery app. For example, it is called Photos on iPhones and Gallery on Samsung phones.
