4G data recharge (UBOX)

Select where you bought the 4G mini camera:

• I bought it in the United States.
• I bought it in Europe.
• I bought it in Southeast Asia.

How to configure your device?

1. The SIM card should be inserted into the SIM card slot of your device. If you cannot find it, please check the product diagram in the user manual.

2. If you want to take out the SIM card, please only remove or insert the SIM card when the camera is turned off.

3. Usually, the APN and internet settings are configured already. If your camera requires 

APN settings, please follow the steps below.

"APN": mobile

Skip "APN username" and "APN password" (keep these settings empty).

4. Enable data roaming

You can check the data usage and status on the website or in the UBOX app after setting up your camera.
