OKAM Blurry Night Vision (O-KAM Pro app)
The following instructions do not apply to model CS770 (window-mount camera).
Black & white night vision
The cameras use infrared (IR) light for black-and-white night vision.
If the camera is placed behind glass, such as a window, the IR light may reflect back into the lens and cause blurry or hazy images.
Night vision can also be affected if the camera is enclosed, covered, or surrounded by nearby objects, as IR light may reflect off these surfaces.
For the best night vision quality, make sure there is no glass, cover, or nearby obstacle directly in front of the camera.
Full color night vision
Outdoor cameras like CB54 use built-in white spotlights to provide full-color night vision in low-light environments. Option available in "Video Management" under "Device Settings".
If the camera is placed behind glass or a window, the spotlight may reflect, causing glare, blur, or white haze in the image.
For the best night vision quality, make sure there is no glass, cover, or nearby obstacle directly in front of the camera.
