OKAM Wi-Fi Offline Issues Troubleshooting (O-KAM Pro app)
If your camera shows offline in the O-KAM Pro app, try the following steps to restore the connection:
-
Confirm Power.
Make sure the camera is powered on. Make sure the camera battery is charged—low battery can weaken the Wi-Fi connection.
-
Restart Devices.
Restart the camera and see if it comes back online.
-
Check Wi-Fi Password.
If the Wi-Fi password has been changed, please reset the camera (hold the reset button for 5 seconds) and add it back to your O-KAM Pro account with the new password.
-
Check Internet Connection.
Use your phone to confirm that the target Wi-Fi network is working and has stable internet access.
-
Closer to Router.
If possible, move the camera closer to the router or remove obstacles between them to improve signal strength.
-
Try 2.4G Wi-Fi.
5G Wi-Fi offers faster speeds, while 2.4G has a longer range. You can try 2.4GHz Wi-Fi instead of 5GHz Wi-Fi. Learn more in our 5G Wi-Fi guide.
-
Reset & Reconnect.
If the above steps don't work, reset the camera (hold the reset button for 5 seconds) and add it back again in the O-KAM Pro app.
