Steps to split the 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi bandwidths in the FritzBox management system

1. Log in to your FritzBox Wi-Fi settings and check your current Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password.

   By default, 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz use the same Wi-Fi name, which can cause connection issues for devices that only support 2.4 GHz.

   

2. Go to Wi-Fi settings and assign different names to the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks.

   

3. Connect the camera using the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi name and password.

   

Note: Some routers (like FritzBox) allow spaces in the Wi-Fi name and password. Make sure all characters, including spaces, are entered correctly.
