Yoosee Check Playback (Yoosee app)

In the Yoosee app, videos are stored in the cloud storage, on the memory card, or in your phone's album.

  • Cloud Storage: Saves clips triggered by motion detection.
  • Memory Card: Supports both motion detection clips and continuous recording.
  • Phone Album: Stores videos that you manually record using the record button on the live view page.


Access Playback for a Specific Device:

  1. Tap the "Playback" icon of your camera on the homepage or in the live view page.

  2. Use the navigation bar on top to toggle between Cloud Playback and Card Playback. The app shows Cloud Playback by default.

  3. Tap the date label below the video frame to view recordings from that date. You can also scroll down to browse recordings from the latest videos to the older videos.

  4. You can also scroll down to browse older recordings.


Download a Video from Cloud Playback:

  1. Tap the video you want to download.

  2. Tap the playing footage to display the icon bar.

  3. Tap the record icon. A selector will appear on the timeline below the playing video. Drag the selector to choose the time period you want to save.

  4. Tap the checkmark in the bottom-right corner of the page to download the video to your phone.


Download a Video from Card Playback:

  1. Tap the video you want to download.

  2. Tap the playing footage to display the icon bar.

  3. Tap the record icon to start recording the playback to your phone.

  4. Tap the record icon again to stop and save the recorded clip.


View Events for All Devices (Cloud Storage Only):

  1. Tap the Events tab on the bottom navigation bar of the Yoosee homepage to view cloud recordings from different devices and easily switch between them.

  2. Tap the device name in the top-left corner to switch between different devices.

  3. Tap the preview image to view the event playback. The download and delete buttons will appear on the right.
