OKAM Wi-Fi Battery Camera Won’t Power On (O-KAM Pro app)
Battery ran out:
-
Charge the camera for a few hours using the included USB cable and a certified 5V power adapter.
-
The indicator light should turn red (CB54/CB54W/CB554) or yellow (CB70W) while charging.
-
If the indicator does not light up, try a different power adapter, outlet, or USB cable.
- Once fully charged, the indicator light will turn green on CB54/CB54W/CB554 or turn off on CB70W.
Camera is silenced:
O-KAM Pro Wi-Fi battery cameras (CB54/CB54W, CB554, and CB70W) allow you to turn off the indicator light and voice prompts. If both are turned off, you won’t see or hear any indication even when the camera is powered on.
Press and hold the reset button ("R") for 5 seconds. If the indicator light turns on or you hear a voice prompt, the camera has been reset to its default settings, with the indicator light and voice prompts enabled.
Note: If your camera has already been added to your O-KAM Pro account, download any important cloud videos before resetting the camera. If the camera is still online in the app, you can adjust the settings directly without resetting it.
Note: The CB70W does not have a speaker or voice prompts. Check the indicator light to confirm the reset.
If the indicator light stays off after the reset, the camera may be powered off. Try powering on the camera before resetting it.
-
Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
-
Wait about 1 minute for the camera to start up.
- Try resetting the camera again.
Note: CB70W camera has a power switch instead of a power button. Switch it from OFF to ON to power on the camera.
