Check recordings in the app (UBoxPro app)
Access cloud and card video playback in the app:

Please click on the preview image of your camera to enter the live view interface.

By default, the lower half of the live view page shows the motion detection videos saved to the cloud. Tap the cloud/card switch on the right side to view videos saved on the memory card.

Recordings triggered by motion detection are tagged as "Activity Detected".
Recordings triggered when you access the camera through the app are tagged as "User Wakeup" or "Network Wakeup" (only saved to the memory card).
You can click the download button on the left to save the important recordings to your phone.

If your camera is offline, you cannot access micro SD card recordings through the app. You can still view the card videos by removing the card and using a card reader with your phone or computer.
Cloud recordings remain accessible:

Go to the Events tab at the bottom, then select the camera (top left) and date (top middle) to view cloud videos.

To download or delete multiple cloud videos, tap "Select" (top left), choose the videos, then tap the corresponding action button. Tap "Cancel" to exit selection mode.

Photos and videos captured in the live view interface, upon your command, can be found in your phone's default photo app. Please allow the UBoxPro app to access your phone's default media app (Gallery/Photos). The UBoxPro app will create an album named "UBoxPro" or "UBIA" on your phone. All images and videos manually captured or downloaded from the app will be saved there.
